Donations are final

All donations made to the HATHI Women for Women Project are considered final and are non-refundable. This policy ensures that funds can be promptly allocated to the purchase of reusable sanitary pads and community support activities.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, where a refund may be warranted due to an error in the donation process, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

Use of funds

We are committed to using all contributions solely for the purposes outlined in our mission, ensuring transparency and accountability. We do have the responsibility to pay the payment gateway fees and the taxes. The whole amount left after deduction of taxes goes into the project.
